I found the News app page on Apple's site and clicking the 'get Apple News' link just refreshed the page. my wife was able to locate the News app on the App Store on her phone so I had my wife text the link to to me. I was then able to get to the News app page in the App Store but the 'open' button is inactive so there's no way to open or download the app.
